Evaluation

With a mixed team of humanitarian, development and security experts and evaluators, we secure evidence-based evaluation services that empower our clients to design the most impactful and sustainable projects. We work with a number of widely accepted evaluations frameworks and analysis formats and have experiences from covering ex ante, midline and, endline evaluations of international projects, to strategic evaluations, setting up a Monitoring and Evaluation structure. We have also offered experience in evaluating training objectives and training achievements (improving training results and knowledge transfer). 

Unique here: We provide expertise in evaluating projects within the security sector which involves a high sense of sensitivity and awareness of specific organizational culture and structures and have implemented evaluation and evaluation services to various governmental, EU and UN institutions, including police and military entities.
