Training & Capacity Building

We support capacity-building of local and international stakeholders and by providing various formats of support such as training curriculum development, Train of Trainers (ToTs), Training Needs Assessments (TNAs), Workshops, and train you and your team in areas that touch upon our core topics. 

Unique here: We have drafted and planned training for intermediate and higher police service, military up to Command Level, within national and international operation contexts. Our strengths are to apply scenario based, interactive, practice-oriented and competency oriented training, academic lectures, ToTs, and advanced training. We also support organizations in their capacity building in crisis management, operations planning, resilience through civil preparedness, Human Security, Security Sector Reform or in adjusting training materials and services, such as by taking into account the objectives of the Women Peace and Security Agenda.
