Dr. Sonja Regler specialises on the nexus of security, peace and development and in particular on how to best enhance the efficiency of international interventions.

Sonja served for eleven years in field operations of international organisations such as the UN, the OSCE and the EU and in field locations such as Afghanistan, Kosovo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Palestine. She supported the delivery of rule of law and SSG/R interventions with her expertise in strategic planning, program management and results-based reporting. She managed teams in challenging environments and in times of organisational change.
