Evaluation

With a mixed team of humanitarian, development and security experts and evaluators, we secure evidence-based evaluation services that empower our clients to design the most impactful and sustainable projects. We work with a number of widely accepted evaluations frameworks and analysis formats and have experiences from covering ex ante, midline and, endline evaluations of international projects, to strategic evaluations, setting up a Monitoring and Evaluation structure. We have also offered experience in evaluating training objectives and training achievements (improving training results and knowledge transfer). 

Unique here: We carry out program and project evaluations supporting governmental and non-governmental organizations as well as local partners with concrete M&E services and capacity- building. We have supported NGOs and local partners with planning, conducting and managing baseline assessments, midline and endline evaluations, setting up M&E structures, indicator development, donor reporting, as well as providing quality assurance of M&E procedures and products. We also support you with capacity building measures to train and sensitize your team in improving your M&E structure.
