In the fields of peacebuilding and stabilization, and across the Humanitarian -Development- Peace Nexus, CPM-I works with a strong focus on the needs and priorities of the communities and population, wherever possible with an emphasis on gender and inclusion. Throughout the entire project cycle, we tackle interdependencies of security, development and peace. We facilitate critical discussions, deliver comprehensive and independent analysis, offer high-quality subject-matter expertise, provide professional training, and conduct evaluation services. We have worked with the German government, including the Federal Foreign Office (FFO) and the Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), as well as with International Organizations, including UN, AU, EU, and OSCE, and International and local Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs). Consequently, we blend strategic policy-level expertise with practical on-the-ground experience in volatile and crisis contexts.
