We provide support in facilitating change processes considering the specificities of different organizational structures and cultures and advise governments, international organizations, and non-governmental organizations. We support organizations with gender mainstreaming and feminist-oriented change processes within the framework of organizational structures and culture, develop gender equality strategies and advise on their implementation.
