Facilitating Course Launch Preparations for the NATO Executive Resilience Course

From 9–10 February 2026, Louise Biermanski, Project Manager for the NATO Executive Resilience Course, provided expert guidance during the Course Launch Preparation Workshop at Johns Hopkins SAIS Europe in Bologna.

The workshop marked a pivotal milestone, transitioning the programme from its planning and development phase to full implementation in autumn 2026. Representatives from more than eight academic institutions, national crisis management centres, and NATO entities convened to conduct a comprehensive dry run of the course curriculum, ensuring strategic alignment and academic coherence ahead of launch.

CPM-I continues to support this flagship initiative through to full implementation, guiding the project toward the successful completion of its management cycle.
