In the midst of busy conference season...

🍂 September & October – in the midst of busy conference season, but such a great opportunity to return from the summer break with fresh energy, new connections and reconnect with our networks!
✨ The past weeks have taken us to some wonderful places, with plenty of opportunities to exchange, learn and turn inspiring conversations into new ideas:
🛡️ Geneva &Edinburgh — contributing to the revision of the NATO–UN #ProtectionOfCivilians Course, focusing on integrating #HumanSecurity into military planning and the conduct of #MultiDomainOperations. Walter De Cauwer
⚙️ The Hague —  attending the kick-off of a high-level course on #Resilience that CPM-I has supported from development through to implementation over the past 1.5 years, while expanding our consultancy support to NATO Headquarters across other projects. Louise Biermanski, Nina Steinitz
🗨️ Berlin  —  This year’s #BerlinPeaceDialogue at the Auswärtiges Amt (Federal Foreign Office) Germany explored how Germany and its partners can strengthen civilian #ConflictManagement and #Peacebuilding in an increasingly multipolar world. The discussions recognized that partnerships are not short-term projects, but long-term commitments built on trust and shared responsibility. Nina Steinitz
🔠The Hague  — Annual #CIMIC Foresight Conference - NATO Civil-Military Cooperation Centre of Excellence (CCOE) — engaging with experts from #NATO, the #EU, the #UN, academia and the private sector on resilience, whole-of-society approaches, #StrategicForesight and layered resilience. Walter De Cauwer
🤝 Along the way, we have also been building connections with industry partners and meeting inspiring people keen to explore new ideas and collaborations — connecting ideas and expertise across our core areas of #CurriculumDevelopment, training design and #CapacityBuilding.
🚀 To our network — and those we haven’t met yet — we’re excited to keep growing our community, connecting with new people and exploring fresh ideas and collaborations in 2027!
